My Trail Review:
May 2008
I call this trail the ** Lynx Creek Trail as I could not find any specific name for it and it runs right down into and along Lynx Creek.
You can find and start into the trail on the north east side of the parking area, north of the lake by the dam. There are picnic tables there and when you see them go to your left (north) and you will see the TR 445 sign markers ahead.
The trail is short and takes off down into the ravine to the creek bed. When you reach the bottom it winds along and then crosses a little trickle "waterfall" tributary connector where there is a special designated area with benches and good views of that part of the creek. The water is cool and crystal clear herewith plenty of shade so have some fun!
TR442 connects up here too, so you can use TR445 as a connector to loop into it and take it either west or north from here.
Short and pretty little trail connector.
Enjoy the Hike!
