My Trail Review:

Fall 2006
Discovered this trail while hiking Trail #26. This is a local spur trail intersecting with the Pine Canyon Trail just north of Dripping Springs. It will take you down the side of the Rim to exit the forest in the far eastern residential section of Pine, Arizona.
It is signed on Pine Canyon Trail and reasonably easy to follow as you move downward.

This spur would make an interesting day hike from the Pine entrance up into the Dripping Springs area and back down. Children capable of the hike would enjoy the fauna, pine forest, small springs that cross sections of the trail in this area. It is well shaded and you may need to scramble over or around a few fallen pines.

Enjoy the Hike!
